・受注作品はサイズやスケジュールにより、制作に１ヶ月〜長ければ1年ほどかかります。
・ご注文後に連絡致します納期に了承頂けましたら、メールにて受注証明書をお送り致します。そちらをもってショップのシステム上は作品お届け済みとなり、決済が行われます。実際の作品は、お伝えした納期を目安に後日発送されます。
・受注証明書の発行後、キャンセルはお受けできません。
・制作開始後の修正はご対応できません。具体的なイメージがある方は、制作前にお伝えください。

I will draw a piece specifically for you as a custom-made piece.
If you have an image of the work or a desired motif (basically only animals or plants), I will do my best to accommodate.

Production period (about 1 month to 1 year)

Delivery by shipping

・Made-to-order items may take 1 month to 1 year to manufacture depending on size and schedule.
・If you approve the delivery date, I will send you an order certificate by email. At that point, the work will be marked as delivered in the shop's system and payment will be made. The actual work will be shipped at a later date, based on the delivery date you have communicated.

-Cancellations cannot be accepted after the order certificate has been issued.
- We can not respond to complaints after handing over the work. If you have a specific image, please let us know before production.
